Pelletizing Machine is used to recycle, melte and granulate the plastic flakes. It can make the recycling plasetic flakes into plastic pellet.

 

1. PP and PE pelleting line is equipment for pelleting of clean PP and PE plastics film (PP/PE film, PP/PE plastics bag, PE agricultural, mulching and greenhouse films, PP woven, cement and ton bags and PP non-woven fabrics).
2. It is automatic water ring cutting line and plastics particles from the line features beautiful appearance, full and uniform particle and air hole free. It is the equipment for waste plastics recycling and pelleting.
3. PP and PE pelleting line consists mainly of forced feeding system, single-screw extruder, non-stop hydraulic screen changing device, die head, water ring cutting machine, vibrating screen, centrifugal dehydrator, cyclone bin and control panel.
