Hot Washer machine is used to heat and wash the PET flakes.

1. Make both carbon steel or stainless steel 304.
2.Use thick metal, Plate thickness 4mm at least, or customized according to customer.
3.The tank is double layers with thick insulation cotton,to reach low energy consumption.
4.Normally, hot washer is the key point to make the flakes clean and bright, wash the glue ,oil... final flakes good quality and sell a higher price.
5.Normally, the water in the hot washer tank will reach to 90ºC.Degree Celsius
6.We also can provide the washing powder. All customers use it to get high quality flakes and make new bottle, fiber or some export flakes to Europe.
7.Consist of a water tank to collect floating plastic materials. The treated water could be recycled.
8.Anyhow, we will recommend the most suitable solution according to the customer's real situation and demand .
