Product Description
Dewatering Machine is used to dry flakes through centrifugally spinning and automatic feeding and automatic discharging.
1. Our blades use heat treated material ,that can be reached over 1.5times than ordinary material.
2. We have different types. Their capacity is from 500kg/h to 6000kg/h .
3. Blade thickness can be customized ,6mm-12mm (carbon steel or SS304).
4. Our deign is easily change mesh and blade. The blade is detachable. Just open the door and change ,easily operate, and save maintenance time. That helps customers save much cost on the accessories.
5. The unique design of the angle between the blade and the tube, and the screen thickness will decide the PET flakes moisture. PET flakes moisture less than 2%.
6. We all use more thick metal about the inlet and outlet location to insure the machine use longer time.
