The PP/PE washing line by Haorui Machinery is a high-performance recycling system specifically engineered for polyolefin plastics. It is designed to handle a wide range of waste materials, including industrial films, agricultural films, woven bags, jumbo bags, as well as rigid plastics like HDPE bottles, PP crates, and appliance casings.

Application: The cleaned flakes are ready for pelletizing to produce high-quality recycled PE/PP granules for blow molding, injection molding, and pipe extrusion.

Q: How dry is the final output for direct pelletizing?

A: We achieve industry-leading moisture levels: <1% for rigid flakes via high-speed centrifugal dewatering. For "fluffy" films, our specialized Squeezer Dryer reduces moisture to <3% while densifying the material to ensure stable feeding into the extruder.

Q: How do you remove stubborn glue, labels, and grease?

A: We utilize a multi-stage Intensive Cleaning System. This includes mechanical label removal and Hot Washing in stainless steel tanks using heated water and automated chemical dosing (e.g., caustic soda) to dissolve organic residues and oils.
