The PET bottle recycling machine including:
conveyor belt-label remover-sorting platform-conveyor belt-plastic crusher-screw-floating tank-folating tank-dryer-hot washer-screw-high speed friction machine-floating tank-floating tank-floating tank- dryer-silo storage
* Label remover(unique design in China, have patent) high label remover rate and don't damage bottles, reduce material loss.
* Manually sorting system to selecting out different color bottles and non-PET material
* Metal detector is optional for you which used to take out any kind of metal from the PET bottles
* The floating rinsing tank can remove dirties,caps and rings.
* Hot washing can remove the strong dirties, like the grease, oil, glue. Provide special washing powder, final flakes clean and bright ,sell higher price.
* By dehydrator and drying system, the final products plastic flakes moisture lower than 1%.
*Unique designed zig zag label separator, high label remover rate.Label content less than 50PPM.
* Metal detector is optional for you which used to take out any kind of metal from the PET bottles
