Pre-shredding: Uses a double-shaft shredder to process large bales, preventing tangling and ensuring stable feeding.

The High-Speed Friction Washer is a critical, intensive cleaning unit in the HAORUI PP PE washing line. This equipment employs a high-speed rotor to generate intense mechanical friction for scrubbing plastic flakes (such as film or rigid regrind). Its main function is to thoroughly remove stubborn contaminants like residual oils, adhesives, paper fibers, and fine particles, ensuring a high-purity output required for successful downstream processing and pelletizing.
