 PP PE Process Flow

1. Soft Material Line (Film / Woven Bag / Jumbo Bag)

Pre-shredding: Uses a double-shaft shredder to process large bales, preventing tangling and ensuring stable feeding.
Wet Crushing: Simultaneous crushing and pre-washing to reduce tool wear and initial contamination.
Flotation Separation: Leverages the floating property of PP/PE to automatically separate heavy impurities like sand and stones.
Hot & Friction Washing: For greasy materials, hot alkaline water and high-speed friction are used to strip surface contaminants and inks.
Mechanical Drying: Features Haorui's Patented Squeezer, which transforms loose film into semi-molten dense lumps via physical compression, ensuring low moisture and high pelletizing efficiency.

 The machine's main purpose is to effectively crush and recycle large, varied plastic waste (including bottles, sheets, and pipes) into smaller, uniform particles (flakes or granules).The system uses powerful rotating blades combined with durable construction materials to ensure efficient shredding action, even for the toughest materials. The crushed output is ready for further processing, such as washing, pelletizing, or molding, forming a crucial foundation for an effective recycling solution.

The High-Speed Friction Washer is a critical, intensive cleaning unit in the HAORUI PP PE washing line. This equipment employs a high-speed rotor to generate intense mechanical friction for scrubbing plastic flakes (such as film or rigid regrind). Its main function is to thoroughly remove stubborn contaminants like residual oils, adhesives, paper fibers, and fine particles, ensuring a high-purity output required for successful downstream processing and pelletizing.

The Sink-Float Separation Tank is a critical piece of equipment in the plastic recycling washing line, using the principle of density for effective separation.

Key Function:
This system purifies the material stream by water buoyancy: low-density plastics (like PP/PE) float on the surface, while heavier contaminants (sand, metals, or high-density plastics) sink to the bottom of the tank, ensuring high material purity,.
