A: We provide scalable solutions with standard capacities ranging from 500 kg/h to 7,000 kg/h. These lines are designed to produce either high-purity Fiber Grade or Food Grade (B2B) PET flakes.

A: Our technology ensures premium output quality: moisture content is less than 1%, and PVC contamination can be reduced to less than 100 ppm (or as low as 0.03% with specialized separators).

A: The process begins with a mechanical Label Remover to strip labels and adhesives before crushing. For deep cleaning, the line integrates an Intensive Hot Washing System using heated water and automated chemical dosing to dissolve organic residues and stubborn glues.
