A: The process begins with a mechanical Label Remover to strip labels and adhesives before crushing. For deep cleaning, the line integrates an Intensive Hot Washing System using heated water and automated chemical dosing to dissolve organic residues and stubborn glues.

A: The fully automated line includes: bale opening, trommel sifting, label stripping, manual sorting, crushing with water, sink-float separation (separating PET from PE/PP caps), hot washing, high-speed friction scrubbing, and centrifugal drying.
